Structure of files

The downloaded template package comprises multiple folders. Now, let's take a look at the contents of each folder

Screenshots - displays template screenshots. Do not use these for creating templates

Theme - carries WordPress files

"civil-engineering-pro" -This folder has all the required files regarding the theme.

The file "license.txt" includes information about the licensing terms.

Template Installation

There are two methods in which installation can be execuated

1) In order to install a new theme through the WordPress admin panel

The initial step you should take is to Step #1 : Login WordPress Admin

1. Now Go on to Appearance than naviagate to themes

2. Tap "Add New"

3. Tap the button name ed 'Upload Theme.

4. Now Upload your previously downloaded civil-engineering-pro

Congratulations your theme have been installed successfully.

2) Install a Theme using FTP

The second installation option involves uploading the theme via FTP. To use this method, first Access your website by logging via FTP and Navigate to the themes folder inside wp-content folder. Then, unzip the theme you downloaded and upload it to server.

Afterward, log-on to your WordPress site and go to Appearance -- Select Themes to activate Total.

Plugin Installation

Install Essential plugins:
Contact Form 7 plugin
Now Go to plugin option on your dashboard and add and upload the plugin

Select install now button and activate

Section One Click Demo Importer

Import demonstration content with one click to get your theme Set-up. This content will lead you through creating your website.

Now Go on to Appearance than naviagate to themes Get started

Click on to the "Run Importer".

Home-page.

1) Now To set up home Page First Create a Page From Admin Area

Lable your page with your parent site name or you can name it home page also. Then Now Go on to settings then Reading and change the template from static to home page.

2) Instructions for setting the front page display as a static page: Now Go on to the WordPress dashboard and click on "Settings" in the left-hand menu. Select "Reading" from the submenu. Under the "Front page displays" section, choose the "Static Page" option. From the drop-down menu next to "Front page," select the "Home" page you created. Save your changes.

You will notice the Home Page looks same as screenshot.

Set-up Section Ordering Section

To arrange and reorder sections you can follow these steps

Section reordering means to arranage the section as per our requirement. first you need to choose section and drag section on top or bottom where you need it. when you will drap any section your front view will change according to your choice.

Now Go on to select Appearance than naviagate to themes Section Ordering

Set-up Topbar Section

In order to begin with Topbar,

Now Go on to Appearance than After this Custumize than naviagate to themes; Topbar Option → Topbar Settings

Site-Identity Section

In order to begin with Site Identity,

Now Go on to Appearance than After this Custumize than naviagate to themes; Site Identity

Header Section

In order to begin with Header,

Now Go on to Pages → Click Add New

To add pages to the menu, you can follow these steps.

Now Go on to Appearance → then naviagate to menu → Click Add New

Repeat the same steps if you want to add more pages to the menubar.

In this way By following these steps, you can easily add the menu section.

Now Go on to Appearance than After this Custumize than naviagate to themes; Header Option → Header Settings

In this way you can add the Header section.

Set-up Slider Section

In order to begin with slider

Now Go on to Appearance than After this Custumize than naviagate to themes; Slider Option → Slider Settings

Disable/Enable option: Here, you may select the enable/disable option To display or hide the section.
No. of Slider To Show: Allows you to select no. of sliders you want to display.
Slider-Image: Here you can place the images for slider.
Slide-text: Here, you can put the text to be displayed on slider.
Slider-Button-Text: type the text that you want to appear on the button.

Set-up About Us Section

In order to begin with About Us Section

Now Go on to About Us → After this Custumize → then go to Theme Settings → About Us Option → About Us Settings

In order to begin with Our Services Section,

Now Go on to Dashboard → than Our Services → Click Add New

Set-up New Project

Before proceeding with the New Project section, imstall contact-form 7 plugin. For contact-form 7 plugin. Contacts-options become visible on the Dash-board.

Now Go on to Dashboard → than go to Contact → select Click Add New Page

Now Go on to Appearance than naviagate to themes; New Project Option → New Project Settings

Set-up Testimonials Section

In order to begin with Testimonials Section

Now Go on to Appearance than After this Custumize than naviagate to themes; Testimonials Option → Testimonials Settings

Footer-Section

In order to begin with Footer,

Step 1.Now Go on to Dashboard → than Appearance → than go to Widgets

Step 2. Select the Footer
(a) Footer Row One
(b) Footer Row Two
(c) Footer Row Three
(d) Footer Row Four
(ii) Tap on "save" button

For designing this section, Now Go on to widgets of appearance section and select four footer columns for tags, gallery, contact and logo image respectively.

Now Go on to than Dashboard → than Appearance → than Widgets → Click Add New

Now Go on to than Appearance than After this Custumize than naviagate to themes; Footer Option → Footer Widgets

Footer Heading Color: Here, you can choose the font text of footer.
Footer Heading Fonts: Here, you can set the font of heading of footer.
Footer Content Color: Here, you can select the text color of contents of footer
Footer Content Fonts: Here, you can choose the font of the contents of the footer.
Setting Options: Involves settings for Service display enable / disable option..
Background Color: Here, you can choose the Background Color of the footer.
Background Image: Here, you can place the Background Image of the footer.

Footer-Text Section

Now Go on to than Appearance than After this Custumize than naviagate to themes; Footer Option → Footer-Text.

Disble/Enable option:Here, you may select the enable/disable option To display.

Contact-Page

Before proceeding with the Contact Us section, It is necessary to install contact form 7 plugin. Following the installation of contact-form-7 plugin. Contact options become visible on the Dashboard.

Now Go on to Dashboard → than go to Contact → select Click Add New Page

Now Go on to Appearance than naviagate to themes; then go to Contact & Map Option → Contact & Map Settings

Set-up Navigation

First of all create pages from go to Dashbord → Pages→ Click Add New page.
Select Appearance → tap on the Menu
Now To create new menu select " Create a New Menu"
Neme your Menu before saving
Once you create menu. you can add required pages in navigation by checking the box on the left table.. After adding menu list you can arrange it with your choice by drag and drop.
Choose the menu theme location from the below checkboxes.
