Structure of files

The downloaded template package comprises multiple folders and files. Let's explore the contents of each folder:

Screenshots - displays template screenshots. Do not use these for creating templates

Theme - carries WordPress theme Folder

The file "license.txt" consists of important information regarding the license

Template Installation

2. When you are on the Themes page, locate the "Add New" button at the top and click on it.

3. Click the button labeled 'Upload Theme.

4. Click on the "Browse" button and then choose the "Fitness-pro" theme from the selection. Afterward, click on the "Install Now" button to initiate the installation process.

Congratulations on the successful installation of your theme!.

2-If you prefer to install a WordPress theme using (File Transfer Protocol), you can follow these steps:

The second installation option is to upload the theme via FTP. To proceed with this method, follow the steps below: Login to your website using an FTP client. Browse to the folder located at "wp-content/themes" on your server. Unzip the theme file you downloaded. Upload the extracted theme folder to the "themes" folder on your server. By following these steps, you will successfully upload the theme to your server using FTP.

Next, log in to your WordPress site Then navigate to "Appearance" and then select "Themes" to access the themes section. From there, locate the "Total" theme and click on the "Activate" button to activate it.

Plugin Installation

To install WordPress Plugin manually by .zip archive follow the steps below for Upload plugin

• Please proceed with the installation of the required plugins.
• Contact-form-7 plugin
• Select Dashboard → plugin → Add New → Upload plugin.

then install and activate

One Tap Demo Content Importer

SelectDashboard → Then Appearance → Tap Get started

Select on"Run Importer".

Set-up Home page.

1) Create Page to set template:Select Dashboard → Pages → Add New Page.

Lable your home Page with your parent site name either you can also label it home page . Then Select settings then Reading and change template from static to home page.

2) Set the home page:Select Setting → Then Reading → To set the display of the post page as a static page, follow these steps to make the home page your desired destination.

Once you done you can see all the demo content on front page.

Set-up Section Reordering

To arrange and reorder sections on your website, please follow these instructions:

Section reordering means to arranage the section as per our requirement. first you need to choose section and drag section on top to bottom where you need it. when you will drap any section your frontend view will change according to your choice.

To commence the process Section Ordering.

Select Appearance → Theme Settings → Section Ordering

Set-up Site Identity

To commence the configuration of Site Identity, please follow these steps.

Select Appearance → Customize → Site Identity

Set-up Top Bar Section

To commence the process with Topbar,

Select Appearance → Customize Themes → Settings → Topbar

Select Appearance → Then Customize → Tap Theme Settings → Social Icons

Set-up Header Section

To commence the process with header,

Select Pages → Tap Add new

Add More pages On menu, you can follow these steps

Select Appearance → Then menu → Tap Add new

If you want to more pages to the menu, you can follow same steps

By following these steps, you can add menu section.

Set-up Slider

To initiate the setup of the slider, please follow the steps below.

Select Appearance → Then Customize → Tap Theme Settings → Select Slider Settings

• Enable/Disable option: Here, you may select the enable/disable option To display or hide the section.
• No. of Slider To Show: Allows you to select no. of sliders you want to display.
• Slider Image: Here you can place the images for slider.
• Slide text: Here, you can put the text to be displayed on slider.
• Slider Button Text: Here, you can put text to displayed on button.

Newsletter Section

To continue with the next steps the Newsletter, it is imperative to install a powerful plugin known as Contact Form 7. Once this exceptional plugin is successfully installed, a plethora of contact options will conveniently appear on your Dashboard.

Select Dashboard → Contact Page → Add New

Set-up Footer

To commence the process with Footer,

Step 1.Select Dashboard →Then Appearance → Tap Widgets

• Step 2. Select a Footer
• (a) Footer One
• (b) Footer Two
• (c) Footer Three
• (d) Footer Four
• (ii) Click on "save" button

For designing this section, Select widgets of appearance section and select four footer columns for tags, gallery, contact and logo image respectively.

• Footer Heading Color: Here, you can choose the font text of footer.
• Footer Heading Fonts: Here, you can set the font of heading of footer.
• Footer Content Color: Here, you can select the text color of contents of footer
• Footer Content Fonts: Here, you can choose the font of the contents of the footer.
• Setting Options: Involves settings for Service display enable / disable option..
• Background Color: Here, you can choose the Background Color of the footer.
• Background Image: Here, you can place the Background Image of the footer.

Set-up Contact Us Page

Before moving forward with the setup of the "Contact Us" section, it is necessary to install "Contact Form 7" plugin. Once "Contact Form 7" plugin is successfully installed, you will find the contact options visible on the dashboard.

Select Dashboard → Then Contact → Tap Add New Page

Select Appearance → Then Theme setting → Select Contact
