The downloaded template package comprises multiple folders. Now, let's take a look at the contents of each folder:
Screenshots - displays template screenshots. Do not use these for creating templates
Theme - carries Files for a WordPress theme
"home-maintenance-services-pro" -This folder has The important files for the theme regarding the theme.
"license.txt" - contains license details
Template installation is a quite simple process. There are two methods in which installation can be execuated.
In order to install a new theme through the WordPress admin panel: Login WordPress Admin
1. Now Go on to Appearance than naviagate to themes
2. Theme Page have a "Add new button Which will allow you to add your theme
3. Click the button labeled 'Upload Theme.
4. Now Upload your previously downloaded home-maintenance-services-pro theme.
Congratulations your theme have been successfully installed.
Your Next option involves uploading the theme via FTP. To use this method, first Access your website by logging via FTP and Navigate to the themes folder inside wp-content folder. Then, unzip the theme you downloaded and upload the extracted folder it to server.
Next log into your WordPress site and select Appearance →Themes to activate Total.

1) Now To set up home Page First Create a Page From Admin Area
Lable your page with your parent site name or you can name it home page also. Then go to settings then Reading and change the template from static to home page.
2) Create the front page as follows: Visit Setting -- Reading -- Change the home page to the front page show static page.

How to Arrange and Reordering Section
Section reordering means to arranage the section as per our requirement. first you need to choose section and drag section on top or bottom where you need it. when you will drap any section your front view will change according to your choice.

select Appearance → Theme Settings → Section Ordering
In order to begin with Site Identity,
select Appearance → After this Custumize → Site Identity
In order to begin with Topbar,
select Appearance → After this Custumize → Theme Settings → Topbar Option → Topbar Settings

Go to Pages → Add new
For menu you will have to add pages from.
select Appearance --> Go to menu --> click Add new
Repeat the same steps if you want to add more pages.
