Structure of files

There are several directories in the downloaded template bundle. Let's now examine what's inside each folder.

Theme - carries Files for a WordPress theme

"weather-forecast-pro" -This Theme folder has The important files for theme regarding the theme.

The file "license.txt" consists of important information regarding the license

Theme Installation

The installation process can be executed in two methods.

1-To ensure that install a new theme through the WordPress admin panel

Logging into your dashboard is the first step in installing a new theme on a WordPress website.

1. Select The Appearance → Then Themes

2. Tap Click On Add new

3. On the "Upload Theme" button, click.

4. Select "Browse" to install the theme file and select it from your device the weather-forecast-pro theme theme on your WordPress website. Click "Install Now" to start the installation procedure after you've chosen the file.

Congratulations on completing the WordPress theme installation!

2-If you prefer to install a WordPress theme with FTP (File Transfer Protocol), you can follow these steps:

Another option for installing a theme is to upload it via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).you first need to log in your website via FTP and Select to the themes folder inside wp-content folder. From there, you can upload the theme you downloaded by unzipping it and uploading it to server.

Afterward, log in your WordPress site and Select to The Appearance -- Select Themes And activate .

Installing a plugin

To manually add a WordPress plugin using a.zip archive, follow the steps listed below.

Plug-ins must be installed:
Contact form-7 plugin
Select Dashboard → Select the plugin → Then Click On Add new → and Then select the plugin to upload.

click install now button and activate

Go to Section One and select Demo Importer.

Import demonstration content with one click to get your theme Set-up. This content will lead you through creating your website.

SelectDashboard → Go To The Appearance → Tap Get started

Tap"Run Importer".

Create the Home page.

1) Now To set up home Page First Create a Page From Admin Area

You have the option of calling your page the parent site name or the main page. By choosing Settings and then Reading, you can switch the template from static to the Home page..

2) Set the page: Select Setting → Reading → Set the post page display static page to the Home page.

You will notice the Home Page looks same as scrrenshot

Ordering Section Set-up Section

How to Reorder and Organize Section

Section reordering means to arranage the section as per our requirement. first you need to choose section and drag section on top or bottom where you need it. when you will drap any section your front view will change according to your choice.

To ensure that begin with Section Ordering.

Select The Appearance → Select Theme Settings → Tap Section Ordering

Section on Creating a Site Identity

To be able to begin with Site Identity,

SelectThe Appearance → Select The Customize → Site Identity

Header Section Setup

To be able to begin with header,

Select Pages → Click On Add new

The menu will require more pages.

Select The Appearance → menu → Click On Add new

If you wish to add more pages, follow the same procedures again.

SelectThe Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Header → Text and Icon Settings

SelectThe Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Header → Style Settings

You can include the menu section in this manner.

Set-up Banner Section

To be able to begin with Banner

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Banner Section → Text Settings

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Banner Section → Image Settings

Enable/Disable option: To reveal or conceal the part, use the enable/disable option here.
Number of Banner To Show: Allows you to select no. of Banners you want to display.
Banner Image: Here you can place the images for Banner.
Slide text: Here, you can put the text to be displayed on Banner.
Banner Button Text: Here, you can put the text to be displayed on button.

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Banner Section → Style Settings

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

How to Deactivate "Showing Location After 15mi" in Banner

The banner section includes a weather location feature that displays location data within a 15-mile radius. Follow the steps below to deactivate it and configure your API key.

Step 1 – Disable the Location Display Option

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Banner Section → Text Settings

Locate the "Show Location After 15mi" option.
Toggle the option to Disable to turn off location display in the banner.
Click Publish to save your changes.

Step 2 – Generate an OpenWeatherMap API Key

To power the weather/location feature, you need a valid API key from OpenWeatherMap. Follow these steps to generate one:

Go to https://openweathermap.org/ and click Sign Up (or Sign In if you already have an account).

Your new API key will appear in the list. Copy the API key.

Note: A newly generated API key may take up to 10–15 minutes to become active.

Step 2 – Verify the Configuration

Visit your website's front end to confirm the banner is displaying correctly.
If the location feature is disabled, it will no longer show weather data based on the 15-mile radius.
If the location feature is enabled with a valid API key, weather information will appear dynamically in the banner.

Set-up Hourly Forecast Section

To be able to begin with Hourly Forecast Section.

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Hourly Forecast Section → Text Settings

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Hourly Forecast Section → Style Settings

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Set-up 7-Day Forecast Section Section

To be able to begin with 7-Day Forecast Section Section.

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → 7-Day Forecast Section Section → Text Settings

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → 7-Day Forecast Section Section → Style Settings

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Set-up Weather Map Section Section

To be able to begin with Weather Map Section.

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Weather Map Section → Text Settings

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Weather Map Section → Style Settings

Set-up Weather Highlights Section Section

To be able to begin with Weather Highlights Section.

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Weather Highlights Section → Text Settings

Set-up Weather Alerts Section Section

To be able to begin with Weather Alerts Section.

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Weather Alerts Section → Text Settings

Set-up Popular Cities ForecastSection Section

To be able to begin with Popular Cities ForecastSection Section.

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Popular Cities ForecastSection Section → Text Settings

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Popular Cities ForecastSection Section → Style Settings

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Set-up Latest News Section

Posts is a custom post type in the Weather Forecast Pro theme. You can add and manage all Posts entries directly from the WordPress Dashboard.

Navigate to Dashboard → Posts → Add New

To configure the section display settings, navigate to:

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Latest News Section → Text and Image Settings

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Latest News Section → Style Settings

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Set-up Testimonial Section

To ensure that start the Testimonial Section.

The testimonial must be established on your WordPress website first.

Installation and activation of the Weather Forecast Pro Posttype Plugin are required for the Testimonial section. The dashboard's Testimonial section will show up after activation.

To ensure that Configuring the following section Navigate to Dashboard >> Testimonial >>Click On Add new

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Testimonial Section → Text and Image Settings

Select The Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Testimonial Section → Style Settings

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Set-up Contact-Us Page

To start Configuring the Contact Page on your WordPress site, we need to install contact forn 7 plugin. contact options will appear once you install the plugin

Navigate to Dashboard == Contact == Click On Add new

To be able to begin with Contact-Us Page

SelectThe Appearance → Select The Customize → Theme Settings → Contact Page

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Set-up Footer Section

To be able to begin with Footer,

Step 1.SelectDashboard → The Appearance → Widgets

Step 2. Select Footer
(a) Footer First
(b) Footer Second
(c) Footer Third
(d) Footer Four
(ii) Next to the "save" button

For designing this section, go to widgets of The Appearance section and select four footer columns for tags, gallery, contact and logo image respectively.

Below image throws light on the widgets section.

SelectDashboard → The Appearance → Widgets → Click On Add new

SelectThe Appearance → Select The Customize → Footer Options → Footer Widgets

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Footer Heading Color: This is where you select the footer's font.
Footer Heading Fonts: This is where you may choose the font for the footer heading.
Footer Content Colour: This is where you may choose the colour of the footer's text.
Fonts for Footer Content: This is where you select the typeface for the footer's contents.
Setting Options: Contains the options to enable or disable service display.
Background Colour: This is where you select the footer's background colour.
Background Image: This is where you put the footer's background image.

Set-up → Footer Options →Footer Text Section

To be able to begin with Footer Text section,

SelectThe Appearance → Select The Customize → Footer Options → Footer Text.

Enable/Disable option: To reveal or conceal the part, use the enable/disable option here.

On the front end, it will appear as shown.

Set-up Navigation

First of all create pages from select Dashbord → Pages→ Click On Add new page.
Select The Appearance → Then Menu
Now To create new menu select " Create a New Menu"

After creating a menu, you can check the box on the left table to add the necessary pages to the navigation. Once the menu list has been added, you can drag & drop it into the desired arrangement.
Choose the menu theme location from the below checkboxes
